About us
About Raleigh NC Carpet Cleaning
We started Raleigh NC Carpet Cleaning because too many carpet cleaners in the Triangle quoted one price on the phone and another at the door, ran rental-grade equipment, and left carpet damp for days. We wanted to run the company we would hire ourselves.

Our story
Built in Raleigh for Carolina carpet
We are a locally operated carpet cleaning company based in Raleigh. Our technicians start their day here and work across Wake County, into Durham, and down to Clayton in Johnston County. Most of what we clean is residential: bedrooms, stairs, bonus rooms, sofas, area rugs, and the tile in kitchens and bathrooms. We also handle offices, medical suites, and churches after hours.
Working in the Triangle taught us what the carpet here actually needs. Spring pollen coats every entry, summer humidity keeps carpet from drying on its own, and red clay tracks in from yards and construction sites all year. Newer subdivisions have builder-grade polyester that mats in traffic lanes. Older neighborhoods inside the Beltline and around Duke have wool and dense nylon that need gentler chemistry. We built our process around those conditions, and our technicians are trained to identify the fiber in front of them before deciding how to clean it.
We are not a franchise and we do not subcontract. When you contact us, you reach a coordinator who knows the technicians, the schedule, and the neighborhoods. The price is confirmed on a walkthrough before any equipment comes in, and every job is backed by a seven-day satisfaction guarantee. That is the version of a carpet cleaning company we wanted to exist in Raleigh, so we built it.

What we stand for
Four rules every technician works by
They are short on purpose. Customers notice when a company actually follows its own rules, and these are the ones that make the difference between carpet that looks clean for a week and carpet that stays clean.
Identify the fiber first
Nylon, polyester, olefin, wool, and blends all respond differently to heat and chemistry. Every technician is trained to identify the fiber on the walkthrough and adjust the process before the first pass, not after something goes wrong.
Say the price on the walkthrough
The technician walks the rooms, counts the areas, checks the condition, and confirms the price before any equipment comes through the door. The number you hear then is the number on the invoice.
Rinse it all the way out
Residue left in the pile attracts soil and makes carpet look dirty again within weeks. Heated hot water extraction with strong vacuum recovery rinses the pre-treatment out and pulls the water back immediately, so the carpet dries clean instead of sticky.
Own the result
If a spot returns or an area does not meet the standard within seven days, tell us and we come back to re-treat it at no charge. That is what our seven-day satisfaction guarantee means. No forms, no arguing.
Our promise
What you can count on every single visit
These are not aspirations. They are the operating standard, and if we fall short on any of them, we want to hear about it.
- Insured technicians on every job
- Professional heated extraction, not a rental machine
- Fiber identification and a confirmed price before equipment comes in
- Air movers and furniture tabs left in place to speed drying
- A coordinator you can actually reach, seven days a week
Transparency
See the process before you book
We publish every step, from the walkthrough and fiber test to the final rinse and drying, along with what is included in a standard, deep, and pet cleaning. Most carpet cleaners do not, and we think that tells you something.

Questions
Questions about Raleigh NC Carpet Cleaning
A locally operated carpet, upholstery, rug, tile, and pet odor cleaning company based in Raleigh. We are not a franchise and we do not subcontract, so the coordinator who answers your form and the technician who arrives at your door work for the same company. Our technicians start the day in Raleigh and work across Wake County, into Durham, and down to Clayton, cleaning the same streets every week.
Yes. Every technician who enters your home is insured, and that coverage is in place on every visit, residential or commercial. If you are a property manager or facilities contact who needs documentation for your file, ask your coordinator and we will send it over before the appointment. We would rather answer the question up front than have you wonder about it while a technician is working in your hallway.
One of our own technicians, trained on our published process. We do not send subcontractors or day labor. Your confirmation names the arrival window, and you receive a heads-up when the technician is on the way. The technician introduces themselves, walks the rooms with you, confirms the price, and walks the finished rooms with you before leaving. If you would like the same technician on a repeat visit, tell your coordinator and we will do our best.
High-powered professional portable hot water extraction units, not rental machines, for nearly every carpet job. The unit comes inside with the technician, heats its own water, and recovers it with strong vacuum, so we can rinse to the backing and pull the water back immediately. Because nothing stays outside, it works the same in a condo or an upstairs apartment as in a house. We also carry hand tools for upholstery and stairs, air movers to speed drying, UV lights for pet spots, and a pressure tool for tile and grout.
Every technician is trained on fiber identification and on the eight-step process published on our site, in that order. They learn to tell nylon from polyester, olefin, and wool on the walkthrough, and to adjust heat, pressure, and chemistry to match. New technicians work alongside experienced ones before running their own jobs, and every finished room is walked with the customer. If a technician is unsure about a fiber or a stain, the rule is to test in a hidden spot first and ask, not guess.
All of Raleigh, including North Raleigh, Midtown, downtown, and the neighborhoods inside and outside the Beltline, plus Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina in Wake County. We also cover Durham and Clayton. Each area has its own page with local notes and neighborhoods. If your address sits just beyond those towns, send the zip code with your form and the coordinator will confirm whether a technician can reach you.
If a spot wicks back, a traffic lane still looks dull, or any area does not meet the standard within seven days of the cleaning, tell us and we come back to re-treat it at no charge. There is no form to fill out and no argument to have. The guarantee covers the work we did, not damage the technician pointed out on the walkthrough, such as bleach spots or worn pile, which no cleaning can reverse.
Yes. Offices, medical and dental suites, churches, retail floors, and apartment common areas across the Triangle, usually after hours so the carpet is dry before anyone arrives. We can set up recurring monthly or quarterly programs with direct invoicing for facilities managers and property companies. The process is the same as residential, with the schedule and the traffic-lane focus adjusted to the building. The commercial carpet cleaning page has the details.
Send the form on the contact page with the rooms or pieces you want cleaned, your zip code, and any pets or problem spots. A coordinator replies with an upfront price and open times, usually the same day, and you pick the slot that fits. You can also email us directly. Most first appointments are placed within the same week, and evenings and Saturdays are available.
